Common Questions
When do I actually get charged?
We charge your card 48 hours before your trip (the "cutoff"). This gives us time to fill more seats and potentially lower your price. You'll never pay more than your price cap!
What if I need to cancel?
Before cutoff: 100% free cancellation, no charge at all.
After cutoff: Non-refundable (you've been charged).
What about park entry fees?
Park fees are NOT included. You pay these directly at the gate in cash:
• Jan-June: $100/adult, $50/child per day
• July-Dec: $200/adult, $50/child per day
Can I request a trip for specific dates?
Yes! Click "Post Your Trip" and tell us your dates. We'll verify the operator and publish it. Then you (and others) can book!
What's included in the price?
